How to Unlock Your Profile on Eduveda Academy

1. Login to Eduveda LMS

• Go to https://myclass.eduveda.academy/dashboard.

• Sign in using your registered email and password.

• The dashboard welcomes you with training updates, your offer letter status, and sections to continue your learning journey .

2. Recognize Payment Pending Status

• If the training fee is due, a gold bar appears at the dashboard top, marked “Payment pending: Complete your training payment to unlock all features.”

• The “Complete Payment” button is prominently displayed for immediate action .

3. Initiate Payment Process

• Click “Complete Payment” to open the Payment Reminder popup.

• The popup clearly presents three actionable options:

• Pay Now: Directs to the payment gateway.

• Upload Receipt: For those who paid outside the portal, upload payment proof in pdf/jpg/jpeg/png formats (max 10MB).

• View Your Invoice: Opens your detailed fee invoice .

4. Make Payment via Razorpay

• On “Pay Now,” you are directed to a Razorpay invoice page.

• The invoice details include: Eduveda Training & Internship Private Limited, description of services and amount due (e.g., ₹5,000 for Data Science, AI, and DSA with C++), issue date, and your receipt ID .

• Pay securely using credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking. Confirm transaction immediately on Razorpay.

5. Upload Payment Receipt

• Once the payment is successful, download the Razorpay receipt.

• Return to the Payment Reminder popup and use “Upload Receipt.”

• Supported file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG (max file size 10MB).

• Attach the downloaded receipt for backend verification.

6. Wait for Backend Approval

• After uploading the payment receipt, Eduveda’s backend team will review and approve your payment.

• Approval may take some time depending on verification workload.

• Status updates will appear on your dashboard once approved.

7. Access Courses and Profile

• Once payment is approved, the “Payment pending” notification disappears.

• All restricted features unlock: access to your training modules, internship projects, certificate download, and mentor interactions now becomes available without restrictions.

• Return to “My Courses” and begin learning or download course materials anytime .
