Hey everyone!

I’m Manish, and I’ve been working as a Campus Ambassador (CA) with Eduveda for a while now. I still remember how exciting it was when I first joined — creating my profile, getting my counselor assigned, completing my personality assessment, and learning what Eduveda truly stands for.

If you’ve just joined or are planning to, this blog will guide you through the entire onboarding journey — step by step — and help you understand why each stage is important.

Eduveda isn’t just a learning platform — it’s a career-building ecosystem that helps students gain leadership experience, network with professionals, and develop real-world skills while studying.

Eduveda Profile and Onboarding Experience

The onboarding process at Eduveda was smooth and professional. After signing up on the Eduveda Campus Ambassador Dashboard, I completed my profile, which included sections for:

Personal Information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Email
  3. Contact
  4. Bio
  5. Experience

Academic Information:

  1. College
  2. Branch
  3. Year of Study

Assigned Counselor

Every CA is assigned a counselor or mentor from Eduveda’s Student Affairs department.

They act as your direct point of contact for queries, guidance, and task approvals.

My counselor is Aman Sharma (UID–EDV1114), and he has been extremely supportive throughout my journey.

Payment & Verification

Eduveda ensures smooth operations by verifying every ambassador’s profile. Once your profile is verified, you’ll see the status “Profile Complete & Verified.” You can also set up your UPI payment details on the dashboard to receive stipends or rewards after completing milestones.

Connect Your Social Media — Build Your Digital Presence

In today’s digital world, your online presence is your personal brand. Eduveda encourages ambassadors to connect their LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.

For instance, I connected my:

  1. LinkedIn: to build professional connections and share achievements.
  2. Instagram: to promote Eduveda events creatively and interact with peers.

"Keep your social profiles professional. This adds credibility and increases your chances of getting featured in Eduveda campaigns."

Documentation and Terms

Eduveda ensures transparency and professionalism at every stage. The platform provides space for uploading documents like offer letters and signing terms and conditions digitally. Although my offer letter is pending upload, my Campus Ambassador Program Agreement has been successfully accepted.

Personality Assessment — Know Yourself Better

Now, let’s talk about one of the most exciting and important parts of onboarding — the Personality Assessment.

Many new ambassadors think it’s just a questionnaire, but in reality, it’s a mirror that reflects your personality, strengths, and motivation.

Eduveda uses this assessment to:

  1. Understand your work style and motivation.
  2. Match you with tasks that fit your strengths.
  3. Help you identify areas for personal growth.

"This test isn’t for grading; it’s for guiding. Eduveda uses your responses to assign suitable roles, events, and responsibilities — so you get the best out of your CA experience."

Work Section Overview

The Eduveda Campus Ambassador Dashboard features a “Work” section where multiple campaign and task options are displayed. These tasks are designed to boost participant engagement and outreach, and each comes with specific criteria and associated point values.

  1. Authenticity of completed tasks
  2. Fair point distribution
  3. Transparency in wallet transactions and payouts

The backend team also provides continuous support and guidance to ambassadors through WhatsApp, emails, and the CA portal, ensuring smooth task execution and timely updates.

At the end of every month, the top 20 performers receive exclusive rewards and benefits, including:

  1. Extra incentives

This initiative not only fuels healthy competition but also motivates CAs to perform better and make a lasting impact in their respective campuses.
