You’ll see fields like:

1. Full Name
2. Email Address
3. Phone Number
4. WhatsApp Number

Add Your College Details

Next, fill in:

1. College Name
2. Department / Branch (e.g., B.Tech CSE, BBA, B.Com)
3. Year of Study

Select Your Counselor

From the dropdown, choose your assigned Eduveda Counselor.

Provide Payment Information

You’ll have two options:

1. UPI ID (e.g., yourname@paytm) — recommended for instant rewards
2. Bank Account Details (if you prefer direct transfers)

Link Your Social Media Accounts

Add:

1. LinkedIn Profile URL + Connection Count
2. Instagram Profile URL + Follower Count

Write About Yourself

In the final section of Step 1:

1. “About You” → share your interests, strengths, and goals
2. “Relevant Experience” → mention leadership roles, internships, or social-media experience

Step 2: Personality Test

“Discover your strengths and working style to help Eduveda match you with the best opportunities.” Once you complete your profile, the next step is the Personality Assessment. This test helps Eduveda understand your personality traits, leadership qualities, and motivation — so they can assign roles and activities that best fit your skills and interests.

Purpose of the Personality Assessment

The goal of this test is to:

1. Identify your leadership and teamwork potential
2. Understand your motivations and communication style
3. Help Eduveda provide you with the right guidance and ambassador tasks

Every Campus Ambassador is unique. This assessment ensures Eduveda can offer opportunities that match your personality — whether it’s event management, content promotion, or social outreach.

Step 3: Refer a Friend

“Invite your friends to join the Eduveda Campus Ambassador Program and grow your network together.” After completing your Personality Test, the next step is all about team spirit and community growth — Referring your friends! Eduveda believes that great leaders inspire others. So, this step encourages you to bring like-minded peers on board and build a strong campus network.

Step 4: Accept Terms & Conditions

Finalizing Your Onboarding as a Campus Ambassador The last step in the Eduveda Campus Ambassador onboarding process is accepting the Terms & Conditions. This step is crucial as it formalizes your participation in the program and defines your role, responsibilities, and benefits.

The page clearly outlines Eduveda Training & Internship Private Limited’s Campus Ambassador Terms of Service, which include:

1. An overview of your role as a representative of Eduveda within your campus and network.
2. Expectations regarding ethical conduct, professionalism, and active participation in promoting Eduveda’s initiatives.
3. Details on the roles, responsibilities, and guidelines to ensure a transparent and rewarding experience.

Once you carefully read through the terms, click on the “Accept Terms & Conditions” button to confirm your agreement. This completes your onboarding journey and officially marks the beginning of your journey as an Eduveda Campus Ambassador.

Accepting the terms ensures mutual understanding and accountability between you and Eduveda. It signifies your commitment to uphold the values of the program and act as a bridge between Eduveda and your campus community.
