What is an LMS?

LMS (Learning Management System) is an online platform that helps institutions, teachers, and students manage the entire learning process digitally. It allows learners to access study materials, submit assignments, take quizzes, and track their progress — all in one place.

Step 1: Personal Information

The first step in creating your Eduveda LMS profile is to fill out your personal and academic details carefully. This helps Eduveda personalize your learning experience and verify your enrollment.

Basic Details

Start by entering:

  1. Your full name (as per your official documents)
  2. Parent/Guardian name
  3. Parent phone number

College Information

Provide your educational background:

  1. College or university name
  2. Branch/Course (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering)
  3. Year of Study

These details ensure you’re added to the correct program and batch.

Program Details

Select:

  1. Preferred starting month
  2. Program type (e.g., Internship, Training, Certification Program)

This helps Eduveda schedule your program start date and allocate mentors accordingly.

Payment Information

Next, choose your payment status:

  1. Only Registration Amount Paid or Fully Paid
  2. Enter Amount Paid and Pending Amount (if any)
  3. Select Payment Completion Date for pending payments
  4. Upload a screenshot of your payment receipt (JPG, PNG, etc.)

Uploading proof ensures quick payment verification.

Resume/CV Upload

Attach your latest resume or CV in PDF or Word format. This allows mentors to understand your background and skills better.

Professional Profiles (Optional)

If available, you can also add:

  1. Your GitHub username – to showcase your projects
  2. Your LinkedIn profile link – to share your professional identity

Personal Bio (Optional)

Write a short paragraph (50–500 characters) about yourself, mention your interests, goals, achievements, or projects.

Example:

“I’m a B.Tech student passionate about web development and AI. I enjoy building creative digital solutions and hope to enhance my technical and teamwork skills through this Eduveda program.”

Step 2: Company Preferences

The second step in creating your Eduveda LMS profile is selecting your Company Preferences. This step helps Eduveda match you with the most suitable internship or training opportunities based on your interests and goals.

About Company Preferences

In this section, you can choose from a curated list of top global organizations — including tech giants, consulting firms, and creative companies. Eduveda will then assign you one best-fit company based on your preferences and course selection.

How to Select Companies

  1. You’ll see 10 available slots for company selection.
  2. Some companies might be pre-selected by default (like Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Meta).
  3. You can customize your list anytime — add or remove companies according to your area of interest.

For example:

If you’re passionate about technology, you can select companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, or Atlassian.

If you’re more interested in consulting or business roles, choose Accenture or Deloitte.

Progress Tracker

A blue progress bar at the bottom shows how many companies you’ve selected out of 10.

For example, if you’ve picked 5 companies, it’ll show 5/10 slots filled (50%).

Customizing Your List

If you change your mind, simply click the cross (×) icon on any selected company to remove it and replace it with another one.

Step 3: Mentor Selection

Once you’ve set your company preferences, the next step is to choose a mentor who will guide you through your professional journey. Eduveda’s LMS provides a smart mentor-matching feature to help you find the best fit based on your learning and career goals.

Find Your Perfect Mentor

You’ll be asked a few quick questions to help the system recommend mentors suited to your interests and goals. These questions focus on:

  1. Your primary goal (e.g., Career Growth, Skill Development, Interview Preparation, Product Strategy, etc.)
  2. Your area of focus such as Data Science, Marketing, Design, or Business Strategy
  3. The type of guidance you’re looking for — whether professional mentorship, project-based help, or soft-skill improvement

Once you answer all the questions, the platform will display personalized mentor recommendations tailored just for you.

Tip: Choose a mentor whose expertise aligns with your career aspirations — this will ensure you receive the most valuable guidance throughout your learning journey.

Step 4: Counselor Selection

In this step, learners are asked to select their Academic Counselor — the person who will guide and support them throughout their learning journey. The page allows students to either search by Employee Code or browse through a list of available counselors.

Each counselor’s profile shows details such as:

  1. Name and designation (Academic Counselor)
  2. Specialization area (like Student Wellness, Career Planning, etc.)
  3. Location and contact information
  4. Average response time and rating

Step 5: Learning Profile

In this step, learners complete their Learning Profile Assessment, which helps Eduveda understand their individual goals, motivations, and learning styles. This assessment includes questions like “What is your primary motivation for pursuing this learning journey?” with options such as career advancement, skill development, or personal growth.

We include this step to:

  1. Personalize the learning experience — Eduveda uses your responses to tailor course recommendations and support to your goals.
  2. Understand your motivation — Knowing whether you aim for skill development, job transition, or personal growth helps mentors and the LMS suggest the right resources.
  3. Create a customized dashboard — The LMS builds a learning path based on your answers, improving engagement and outcomes.

Step 6: Refer a Friend

Purpose of this step:

The “Refer a Friend” step allows learners to invite their friends to join Eduveda. It helps expand the learning community while providing additional benefits to the referrer.

Why we add this step:

  1. To help friends discover new learning and career opportunities through Eduveda.
  2. To build a stronger and supportive learning network, where peers can grow together.
  3. To share the benefits of personalized mentorship and access to quality learning resources.
  4. Additionally, this step offers a referral reward system — when someone registers using your referral, part of your payment may be waived.

Step 7: Refund Policy — Why We Add This Point

The Refund Policy step is added to ensure complete transparency between Eduveda and learners. It allows students to fully understand the terms, conditions, and limitations regarding refunds before proceeding. This step builds trust and helps prevent future misunderstandings about payments or cancellations.

By reviewing and acknowledging the refund policy, learners become aware of:

  1. Financial transparency – all charges, fees, and refund conditions are clearly stated.
  2. Fairness and accountability – both Eduveda and the learner know their rights and responsibilities.
  3. Commitment clarity – it confirms that the learner agrees to Eduveda’s terms before moving forward with the course or internship.

Step 8: Terms & Conditions

In this final step, students are required to review and accept the Terms and Conditions of Eduveda Training & Internship Private Limited. This agreement includes details about the enrollment process, the role of Campus Ambassadors (CAs), and the verification of official Eduveda counselors via email or WhatsApp before making any payments.Once the student scrolls through the terms and clicks “Accept Terms & Conditions”, their registration process is complete and the LMS profile setup is finalized.

LMS Dashboard Access

After completing all the onboarding steps and accepting the Terms & Conditions, the LMS dashboard becomes active. The dashboard displays a personalized welcome message, payment confirmation status, and access to essential sections such as My Courses, Mentor, Counselor, Support, Profile, and Internship.

Students can also request their Offer Letter directly through the dashboard. A batch update notice appears at the top to keep students informed about upcoming class schedules. Once the payment is verified and the profile is unlocked, learners can begin their Eduveda learning journey seamlessly through the LMS platform.
