How to Enroll for Mentors on Eduveda Academy

What is the Mentorship Program?

Eduveda’s mentorship program connects students enrolled in courses with industry experts for personalized guidance. The program covers:

• Career guidance: Developing a professional roadmap and advice for future opportunities.

• Academic and non-academic doubts: Support for subject-related questions, interview preparations, and practical project guidance.

• Free for enrolled students: Mentorship is provided at no additional cost to students actively enrolled in Eduveda courses.

• Mentor assignment: Mentors are allocated based on your selected domain and seat availability (match specialization, technical skills, and your learning goals).

How to Enroll and Request a Mentor

1. Login to Eduveda Dashboard

• Access the portal at https://myclass.eduveda.academy/dashboard.

• The dashboard displays your enrollment status, payment notifications, and current progress.

2. Go to the Mentor Section

• On the left sidebar, select the “Mentor” tab.

• Here you will see a curated list of mentors with their profiles, technical skills, education, and specializations (e.g., React, Node.js, System Design, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.) .

• Achievements and experience, such as the number of projects led, mentees guided, or specialized certifications, are also displayed to assist your selection.

3. Select a Mentor and Request a Session

• Choose from available mentors as referenced by the academy. If seats are open in your domain, a mentor will be allocated automatically.

• Click the “Request Session” button next to the mentor’s profile .

• Details about the session rate, response time, and mode (1-on-1 or group, remote) are displayed.

4. Session Criteria and Confirmation

• Sessions can typically be requested after completion of certain course modules to ensure that mentees are prepared and sessions remain productive.

• After requesting a session, a popup confirmation (“Mentorship session request sent successfully!”) appears, ensuring your submission has been logged .

• Students may request both academic and non-academic support, based on progress and need.

5. Program Conditions and Support

• Mentorship is free, but active enrollment is mandatory for eligibility.

• Depending on availability, seat assignments are prioritized by course domain and progress.

• If sessions slots are fully booked, students are notified and can select from alternate available mentors.
