What Is the Offline Campaign Task?

The offline campaign involves physically promoting your brand by printing flyers and posters, then displaying them in high-traffic areas of your college. You need to generate interest, collect responses or enrollments, and provide proof of your campaign efforts. Success is achieved with either 50 responses or 1 enrollment. You earn 300 points and a 40% weightage for completing this task.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Start the Task

• Locate the Offline Campaign section on your dashboard and click Start Task.

• Review the success criteria and requirements as shown—50 responses or 1 enrollment.

2. Prepare Flyers and Posters

• Design visually appealing flyers and posters highlighting your brand’s key offerings and how they can help students.

• Ensure your materials contain clear contact details or a call-to-action, such as scanning a QR code or filling out a short survey/form.

3. Print and Document Your Materials

• Print a sufficient number of flyers and posters.

• Retain the bill or invoice for printing as you will need to upload this for verification later.

4. Place Flyers and Posters Strategically

• Paste your materials in popular or high-traffic locations around your college (bulletin boards, cafeterias, entrances, library, etc.).

• Take clear photos of each location. Aim for 50–100 pictures, covering all spots where your posters or flyers appear.

5. Collect Responses and Enrollments

• Encourage students to engage: ask them to scan, fill out forms, or reach out directly.

• Track how many total responses you receive and how many students officially enroll.

6. Fill Out the Submission Form

• Enter the total responses received.

• Enter the total enrollments achieved.

• Provide student details: list each new enrolled student’s name and phone number (add more as necessary).

7. Upload Required Proofs

• Attach the bill/invoice of flyer or poster printing by uploading the file in the submission portal (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLS, XLSX, Images, ZIP, RAR, 7Z; max size 50MB).

• Optionally, you can upload the campaign photos as additional proof of your work.

8. Submit the Task

• Check and review all fields—response numbers, enrollments, student details, and bill uploads.

• Once everything is accurate, click Submit Task and wait for confirmation and point allocation.

Tips for a Successful Offline Campaign

• Place flyers and posters where students are most likely to see them.

• Use interactive elements (e.g., QR codes, short links) to make engagement easy.

• Take clear, timestamped photographs for each location as solid proof.

• Track results carefully and check that all student details are correct before submission.

Why This Task Matters

Offline campaigns raise awareness on campus, reach students who may not be active online, and show initiative in traditional marketing. Timely, accurate reporting of your efforts not only boosts your points but proves your skill in campus outreach and event management.
