Choosing Your Project

Eduveda provides different types of projects under your enrolled course.

  1. For some projects, helping videos and reference materials are available to guide you through the process.
  2. If a helping video is not available, you can still select any one project from the list and complete it using your own creativity and understanding.

Each project includes:

  1. Project title and description
  2. Duration (for example: 2 weeks)
  3. Tasks involved

Choose the project that best matches your interest and skill level.

Preparing the SRS Document

After selecting your project, your first task is to prepare an SRS (Software Requirement Specification) document in typed format.

What is an SRS Document?

An SRS document is a detailed written description of your project’s objectives, features, and technical requirements.

It helps explain what your software or project will do and how it will work.

Your SRS Document Should Include:

  1. Introduction – Purpose, scope, and overview of your project
  2. Functional Requirements – The features and operations of your system
  3. Non-functional Requirements – Performance, security, and reliability details
  4. System Design Overview – Basic architecture and flow
  5. Tools and Technologies Used – Software, frameworks, or libraries used
  6. Conclusion – Summary of project goals and expected outcomes

You must type and upload this document as part of your project submission.

Uploading and Sharing Your Project

Once you complete your project:

  1. Upload your final project (or a demo of it) on LinkedIn.
  2. Mention Eduveda Academy in your post (for example: “Completed my internship project with Eduveda Academy”).
  3. Copy the LinkedIn post link for submission.

This step helps you showcase your work publicly and build your professional portfolio.

Submitting the Project

To officially submit your project:

  1. Visit your dashboard → https://myclass.eduveda.academy/dashboard
  2. Go to your course → Click Internship Projects
  3. Select the project you completed
  4. Paste your LinkedIn post link in the submission field
  5. Upload your SRS document if required
  6. Click Submit Project

Your project will then be sent to the backend team for review.

Approval and Certificate Download

After submission, your project will be reviewed and approved by the Eduveda backend team.

Once approved:

  1. You will receive a notification on your dashboard
  2. You can then download your certificate directly from the “Certificate” section

Important Notes

  1. Ensure your LinkedIn post is public and mentions Eduveda Academy
  2. Complete all assigned tasks within the given timeline
  3. Submit only one project per student unless instructed otherwise
  4. Incomplete or copied projects may not be approved
