What Is the Email Campaign Task?

This task requires you to circulate a designated form by blasting it out through email to your college, network, and connections. The objective is to collect interest and enrollments for your brand’s career guidance opportunities. To complete the task, you must achieve at least 50 responses or 3 enrollments through your campaign.



Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Start the Task

• In your portal, find the “Email campaign” section and click on Start Task.

• This will let you access the email submission form and see the criteria and guidelines for completion.


2. Understand the Success Criteria

• You need 50 email responses or at least 3 successful enrollments to complete the task.

• You earn 800 points and the task accounts for 15% weightage in your overall evaluation.


3. Prepare Your Email List

• Collect email data through your college directory or personal/professional connections.

• Organize the data—usually, CSV or PDF formats are required for upload. Ensure you only include consented recipients.


4. Design the Email Blast

• Draft a compelling message promoting your brand and link to the form.

• Clearly explain what is being offered and the value for students (career guidance, mentorship, opportunities).

• Personalize emails where possible to increase response rates.


5. Launch the Email Campaign

• Use an email marketing tool or your mail client to send the emails to the compiled list.

• Check that all links work and track responses and enrollments for final reporting.


6. Fill in Submission Details

• Total Enrollments: Enter how many students actually enrolled using your email campaign.

• Student Details: Provide each new enrolled student’s name and phone number in the submission form fields. You can add more than one student.

• Upload Email Data: In the submission window, upload your email campaign data file (CSV or PDF). Supported formats are shown in the window and the max file size is 50MB.


7. Submit the Task

• Check all fields and uploads to ensure accuracy.

• Click Submit Task to complete your email campaign task and await evaluation by reviewers.


Tips for a Successful Email Campaign

• Use a clear subject line and personalized introduction to encourage opens.

• Avoid spammy language and focus on concise, valuable information in the body.

• Follow up politely with non-responders to boost your response rate.

• Double-check all attachments and entry fields before submitting in the portal.
