Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Start the Task

• In your portal, locate the “Google form circulations” task and click Start Task.


2. Understand the Criteria

• You need to secure either 50 responses or 3 enrollments via your circulated form to successfully complete the task.

• The task awards 500 points and is weighted at 25% of your evaluation.


3. Create Your Google Form

• Design a Google Form targeting college groups, inviting students to participate in mentorship for career guidance.

• Include relevant questions for response tracking and identification.


4. Share the Form Widely

• Share the form link with all your college groups, urging participants to also spread it in their circles as instructed in the screenshot.

• More shares mean more chances of meeting the criteria quickly.


5. Collect and Prepare the Data

• Monitor form responses in real-time using the Google Form dashboard.

• Make sure your response sheet access is set to public, so reviewers can verify the results.


6. Fill Out Submission Fields

• Enter the Google Form link you created in the required field.

• Paste the public response sheet link for access verification.

• Enter the total number of members who filled out the form and the number of total enrollments achieved.


7. Report Learnings

• Reflect on the activity and use the “What you have learned” field to summarize your insights—for example, what you learned about outreach, group communication, or mentorship coordination.


8. Student Detail Entry (if enrollments achieved)

• If you enrolled any students, provide their details (name and phone number) using this section. You can add more students as needed.


9. Submit the Task

• Double-check all entries for accuracy.

• Ensure links are public and numbers are up-to-date.

• Click Submit Task to complete submission and await verification/points.
